Life Without Vaccines

Picture this: You’re at school and it’s deserted with tumbleweeds flying everywhere. That’s what life would be like if people didn’t get vaccinated.

It’s possible life wouldn’t be quite like that, but there is no denying a dramatic effect. Just imagine having sick people walking around you and spreading unwanted diseases; imagine living in fear that you’re going to become sick and die before you reach your 20s.

When someone is not vaccinated and walks around with a communicable disease, others who aren’t vaccinated can become infected as well. To prevent from diseases from spreading, get vaccinated. It isn’t a perfect method, but it does help tremendously.

Imagine if there wasn’t a vaccine for measles. There would be an expected 2.7 million deaths. If there was no vaccination for measles, massive epidemics like the black plague might’ve resulted.

Measles were supposed to have been eliminated in the United States in 2000. Unfortunately, people aren’t getting vaccinated due to the fact that people believe that vaccinations are connected to autism, despite the lack of sufficient evidence.

Have you ever watched The Walking Dead? Imagine a world like that. That’s what life might be like without vaccines.
